This training helps participants understand how to use feedback in order to increase results, develop the people around and, above all, develop strong, open and trustworthy relationships.

Participants learn which are the elements that contribute to developing interpersonal interactions when offering quality feedback in order to motivate employees and help them get better results.

At this training, participant develop a constructive approach to situations that require corrective feedback and they will be able afterwords to show assertiveness in relation to the context of each interaction.

Participants work together to prepare feedback conversations based on specific cases. They will develop and practice effective feedback, which will evaluate using a provided check-list.

Increasing collaboration is one of the consequences of this training. Participants learn to develop better relationships based on respect and trust and to better resolve differences of opinion such that a more productive and efficient work environment is encouraged.
