The purpose of this training is to assist participants to pursue, achieve and maintain optimal performance by exploring the state of flow and by developing motivation and assuming responsibility for a lifelong learning process.

Training encompasses the latest concepts of personal development and helps participants understand how recent research offers us a huge amount of tools to better guide our career.

Participants understand the three types of performance and what generates this. They learn how to influence their “drive” and how to develop competencies in order to reach the optimal performance state.

To achieve a specific goal or solve a particular task, any person may be in one of the six stages of progress. This training aims to equip participants with specific strategies that they can apply in each of the 6 progress states. The purpose of these strategies is to support them in pursuing the development and reaching the maximum performance point.
