So many of us respond to increasing demands in the workplace by working longer hours that inevitably burden us physically, mentally and emotionally, resulting in reduced commitment, higher distractions and high rates of employee turnover.

Defined in physics as the ability to work, energy comes from four main sources: body, emotions, mind and spirit. In each, energy can be systematically expanded and regularly renewed by establishing specific rituals— behaviors that are intentionally practiced and precisely scheduled.
